How to Configure Premium SMC Indicator?

Display Settings

Show Market Structure - Toggle to show/hide Break of Market Structure.

Show Premium and Discount - Toggle to show/hide Premium and Discount price levels.

Show Order Blocks - Toggle to show/hide Order Block boxes.

Show Fair Value Gaps - Toggle to show/hide Fair Value Gap boxes.

Market Structure Shift Settings

Show Labels - Toggle to show/hide "BMS" labels on the structure break lines.

Type of Structure - Choose between Conservative or Aggressive structure detection.

• Conservative: Uses candle close to confirm structure breaks. A bullish break requires the candle to close above the previous high, while a bearish break requires close below the previous low. This method is conservative and provides higher-quality signals with fewer false signals.
• Aggressive: Uses candle high/low to confirm structure breaks. A bullish break triggers when high touches above the previous high and a bearish break triggers when the low touches the previous low. This method provides earlier signals but may generate more false signals.

Colors - Set colors for Bullish and Bearish BMS.

Premium and Discount Settings

Timeframe - Select the timeframe used to establish the premium and discount range. The selected timeframe must be equal to or higher than your current chart timeframe for the indicator to function properly.

Premium Color - Sets the color for the premium line and label. Premium represents the upper boundary of the range where price is considered to be greater than fair value and is suitable for sellers.

Equilibrium Color - Sets the color for the equilibrium line and label. Equilibrium represents the 50% level or fair value.

Discount Color - Sets the color for the discount line and label. Discount represents the lower boundary of the range where price is considered less than fair value and is suitable for buyers.

Line Width - Adjust the thickness of the lines.

Order Block Settings

Show Labels - Toggle to show/hide labels.

Order Block Type - Choose between Wick or Body to define how the Order Block zone is calculated.

• Wick - Order Block extends from the candle's high to low.
• Body - Order Block extends only from open to close (candle body only). This is a more conservative approach with tighter zones.

Mitigation Type - Choose how strictly the indicator confirms that a block has been mitigated (filled).

• Close Inside - Block is mitigated when candle closes inside the block.
• Wick Inside - Block is mitigated when the wick (high/low) touches inside the block.
• Close > 50% - Block is mitigated when the candle closes past the mid-point (50%) of the block.
• Wick > 50% - Block is mitigated when the wick (high/low) crosses the mid-point (50%) of the block.
• Close Outside -Block is mitigated only when the close happens fully outside the opposite side of the block.
• Wick Outside - Block is mitigated only when the wick crosses (high/low) outside the opposite side of the block.

Mitigated Order Block Color - Applied to blocks that have been filled.

Colors - Set of colors for the bullish and bearish states

• Bullish Order Block - Applied to bullish blocks that are active.
• Bearish Order Block - Applied to bearish blocks that are active.

Max Order Block - Controls how many blocks are to be displayed on screen.

Distance from LTP - Sets how far the Order Block Boxes extend into the future from the current bar.

Fair Value Gap Settings

Show Labels - Toggle to show/hide labels.

Consequent Encroachment

• CE (Mid-point) - Toggle to show/hide the Consequent Encroachment line.
• CE Color - Set the color for the consequent encroachment midpoint line.

Mitigation

• Mitigation - Toggle to show/hide the mitigation feature.
• Mitigation Type - Choose how strictly the indicator confirms that a gap has been mitigated (filled).
  • Close Inside - Gap is mitigated when candle closes inside the zone.
  • Wick Inside - Gap is mitigated when the wick (high/low) touches inside the zone.
  • Close > 50% - Gap is mitigated when the candle closes past the consequent encroachment level.
  • Wick > 50% - Gap is mitigated when the wick (high/low) crosses the consequent encroachment level.
  • Close Outside -Gap is mitigated only when the close happens fully outside the opposite side.
  • Wick Outside - Gap is mitigated only when the wick crosses (high/low) outside the opposite side.
• Mitigated Color - Applied to zones that have been mitigated/filled.

Colors - Set of colors for Bullish and Bearish FVGs

• Bullish FVG - Applied to bullish FVGs that are active.
• Bearish FVG - Applied to bearish FVGs that are active.

Max FVG Displayed - Controls how many FVGs are to be displayed on screen.

Distance from LTP - Set how far the gap boxes extend into the future from the current candle.
